We are seeking a System Administrator with a strong background in ServiceNow administration to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
The focus will be on configuration, maintenance, and patching of infrastructure within SNOW instances, including integration of system upgrades and customization of functionality.
Experience with UNIX and Windows system administration is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript, workflows and other web technologies are good to have.
Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
US citizenship is required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Four (4) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
Two (2) years of experience with ServiceNow platform is required.
One (1) year experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
IAT Level II certification is required, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND, SSCP
The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates.
The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
