Responsibilities
• Implement ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CSM)• Build customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine• Create and maintain API and data integrations• Enhance applications using ServiceNow AI capabilities• Develop ServiceNow Portals using UI/UX leading practices• Design and develop reports and dashboards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related IT discipline• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development• Experience with ServiceNow modules, especially CSM• Understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0• Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting and UI customization• Experience in building dashboards and reports• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available• Must live near or relocate to specific locations• Ability to travel up to 10% based on work and clients• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications, UI Builder, ITIL Foundations
