Join us as an Undergraduate Services Sales Intern on our Services Sales team in Round Rock, Tx to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you'll achieve As an Undergraduate Services Sales Intern, you will be responsible for using a combination of inside sales skills, analytical thinking and be accountable for delivering technical solutions, products and/or services that address customer needs with varying complexity.
You will work with Services Sales Representatives on the inner workings of sales operations gaining insight on how customers' needs drive Dell's sales process.
If you join us for a 2nd summer, you have the opportunity to continue your development through a leadership track or a technical track.
You will: Receive regular coaching and mentoring from experienced senior sales representatives.Be exposed to the inner workings of sales operations and calls.Identify customer needs/requirements and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.Interact regularly with a sales team along with your peer intern team.Remain up to date on new product, technology and services offered.Take the first step towards your dream career.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements Work effectively in a team environment.Manage time and prioritize effectively.Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment.Some college course work in sales and/or prior sales experienceTo qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment via status.Desirable Requirements Be in a sales program at university.Have Machine Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science background or experience.Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this position is $16.70 – $24.20 depending on location.
