All RFPs must be submitted to the client within 72 hours.
•Coordinate and direct awarded work to include subcontractor buyout and management, material procurement, invoice review and approval, and client approval.
•Manage all assigned projects toward the objectives of completion on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
•Ensure knowledge of construction practices, ADA standards, local and state building codes are up to date.
•Communicate timely and effectively with appropriate site-level personnel which could be the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Regional Manager concerning all aspects of the project.
•Inspect all completed work to ensure quality control.
•Ensure a safe working environment is maintained targeting a "Zero Incidents Today" mindset to include conducting and participating in safety meetings and programs.
•Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective subcontractors.
•Review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance to agreed terms.
•Manage or assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
