We seek a skilled and experienced SharePoint Online Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, along with experience migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, and expertise in various related technologies, third-party plugins, workflows, and tools. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, development, and customization, including web parts, workflows, and third-party plugins.
Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements. Design and implement workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps. Create and manage external and internal content types, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Utilize SharePoint Online search capabilities to optimize content discovery and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Perform SharePoint Online administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and site configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online solutions, workflows, and integrations. Stay updated on the latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and guidance when needed. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Five to Seven years of SharePoint Developer experience with at least three years of experience with SharePoint Online development and customization. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and development best practices. Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow). Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CAML. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or related technologies (optional but preferred). Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development (preferred).
