About the Role - Key responsibilities include:
10+ years of experience in the EHS profession, specifically supporting multi-site manufacturing businesses, preferably in food, beverage, heavily regulated or related industryDemonstrated ability to manage environmental or safety programs by leveraging strong people and project management skills on a global scaleDemonstrated experience implementing environmental or safety management systems as well as developing and deploying effective training programs globallyDemonstrated experience leading cross functional teams and developing strategies to address operational resource efficiency and renewable energy opportunitiesRequired Skills Strong leadership and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health, and safety standardsOSHA Standards & Compliance- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a commitment to ensure compliance with safety regulationsAbility to conduct trainingSkill in Job Hazard AnalysisBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field requiredMinimum of eight years in environmental, health and safety in a manufacturing environment required
