A Shift Leader is a Team Member in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly during their shift. You'll ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customer to visit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAssign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needsMaintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfactionUphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as neededBe knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routesSolve customer complaints quickly and with a smileProvide feedback to Team Members in a positive mannerTrain new Team Members on daily tasksBalance cash draw and prepare depositMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years of ageMust have a source of reliable transportationPrevious quick service restaurant or supervisory experienceServe-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
