We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the manager. You will be expected to give a direct recap report to the managers following each shift to inform of how the shift was, including good and bad instances, cookie levels, and any immediate needs that have arisen. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately according to the Crumbl Way. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Previous experience is a plus!
We are closed Sundays so that you can spend time with your family and friends or just rest and relax.
Requirements: An eye for detail. High school diploma/GED. Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Computer literacy. Confident problem-solver. Proactive organizational skills. Team player. Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced stressful environment. At least 18 years of age Pay: Base pay starts at $12.00 per hour plus tips which usually add another $3-$5 per hour Responsibilities: Meet deadlines . Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule. Maintain excellent customer service. Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently. Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management. Managing employee requests and transgressions. Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Coaching team members and training new staff. Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits. Handling customer issues and employee disputes. It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
