As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute operational Brand standards and ensure a friendly guest experience.

Competencies: Great Focus: Understands and exceeds guest expectations Displays a sense of urgency with guests Resolves guest concerns promptly Passion for: Sets high standards for self and others Consistently meets or exceeds goals Contributes to overall team performance Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identifies and resolves issues Makes decisions effectively Interpersonal Relationships & Influence: Develops and maintains relationships with team members Operates with integrity and treats others with respect Skills and Qualifications: Fluent in English Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience Math and writing skills Basic computer skills At least 18 years of age (where applicable) High School diploma or equivalent, preferred Responsibilities: Team Environment: Support a respectful team environment Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members Support the training of crew members Provide coaching and feedback to crew members Operational Excellence: Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant Resolve guest issues promptly Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment Profitability: Drive sales goals and results Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives Manage cash over/short during the shift Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
