Responsibilities
• Support Restaurant General Manager in running work shifts• Ensure completion of assigned duties and serve safe, quality food• Maintain a safe and clean working environment• Provide guidance and direction to subordinate employees• Perform basic business math• Stock shelves and coolers• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves• Lift and carry out trash containers• Clean parking lot and grounds• Tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for 90% of shift time
Requirements
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position• Must be at least 18 years old• Must pass background check criteria and drug test• Must have reliable transportation• Able to do basic business math• Able to stock shelves and coolers• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves• Able to lift and carry out trash containers• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
