Overview: The Shift Leader oversees all shift operations, including staff management, production processes, and quality control.
This role ensures adherence to safety and health regulations, meets production targets, and maintains a clean, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities: The Shift Leader must lead safety practices and enforce company values.
Manage shift operations, including staff, production, and quality.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and address performance issues.
The Shift Leader must develop and motivate team members, ensuring effective communication.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors for smooth production handovers.
The Shift Leader must facilitate staff training and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace and manage resources efficiently.
Requirements: The Shift Leader must hold a High School diploma or some college.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
Proven track record in safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
The Shift Leader must manage multiple priorities, with strong leadership and customer focus.
Must be flexible to work in ALL shifts including nights/ weekends Must be willing to travel as needed.
