Shift Supervisor

Start your application today.Responsibilities:• Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs• Write and implement departmental operation schedules• Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures• Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions• Supervise trucks and staff during the shift, ensuring the trucks are stocked, presentable, and ready to rock and roll• Train staff as needed• Motivate staff and provide assistance as needed, including breaks• Manage truck and staff supplies• Handle transactions and money management• Perform tasks requiring physical strength, such as lifting 30+ poundsQualifications:• Customer relationship management experience desired• Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards• Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations• Must have a food handling license• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills• Organized, honest, and trustworthy• Ability to follow all laws with no exceptions• Minimum of 3 years in a management position• Valid driver's license• Must be 21 years of age or older• Fast learner• Able to remain calm in intense situationsAbout Company: Booze Pops is a family-owned food truck business based in Charleston, SC.
