Responsibilities:
Generate all shipping documents and maintains all records of bill of ladings, invoices, purchase orders, and all other records as requiredAccurately input required data into the ERP system after matching physical materials to shipping or receiving documentsImplement material handling practices to reduce risk of loss of damage to fragile or ESD-sensitive material when preparing material for shipment or receiptDeliver all incoming material requiring inspection to Quality Department and identify customer returns for RMA processingUnderstand status of all incoming and outgoing material; such as, raw components, processing supplies, outside WIP, and finished goodsRecognize material flow of vendor returns via DMR process and transformational WIP through outside vendors and identify customer returns for RMA processing through QASchedule and coordinate pickups when larger packages are prepared to shipKeep warehouse and shipping & receiving areas clean and organized with a focus on safety & quality while maintaining SSD records for the plant
Qualifications:
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in either receiving or shippingHigh School (High school diploma) or GEDApplicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.
