Apply to join! Job Description Our company is seeking a Shipping Center Manager. The role will require management efforts to ensure on-time execution, fleet maintenance and communications with driving team and other departments as needed. Lead a team of drivers through any challenges that occur on shift.Manage all aspects of the fleet, including driver, fleet and compliance management.Liaison with operations team to ensure fleet meets operations KPIsMaintains strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulationsVerify and maintain HOS and DVIR program for the fleet.Communicates with management on service or performance issues.Responsible for timecards, vacation approvals, and conducting performance reviews.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications 2 years' experience in transportation management.
