Job Description Summary
Responsible for stock rotation, security, inventory and quality of goods purchased and received for the company.
Job Duties
Prepares purchase orders or bid requests.
Complies with the established rules of operation, procedures, and policies when using company computers, peripheral hardware, and software.
Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Delivers packages for guest and employees of the complex.
Maintains stock room operations including accurate picking/packing of requisitioned orders, replenishing supply inventory, and monitoring stock levels.
Researches product market information relating to furniture, equipment, materials, supplies and services, and makes information available to operating staffs.
Expedites vendor shipments including completing related telephone and written correspondence.
Writes specifications for purchases as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience is preferred.
