International Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Fast paced materials manufacturing facility needs two shipping and receiving specialist.
Details for the successful candidates is as follows:

Skills:Certified sit down forkliftWork with all major carriers, i.e.
FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc..Be able to process collect, prepaid add and prepaid shipmentsKnow what is a BOL and Packing List areWork safelyStrong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and have experience with ERP systemsInventory and receiving paperworkInternational shipping and familiar with SLI's including USMCAResponsibilities:Load and unload trucks/containersStock and pull inventory accuratelyDown count and record inventory pullsBill of ladingUPS/FedEx shipping systemsCustoms documents as required by destination countryEnter shipping instructions in the international shipperPull orders for manufacturing accurately and timelyPrepares International Shipping Documents and communicates with Forwarding agents
when applicable.
Forwards shipping documentation and records for further processing.Job Details:Pay: $20 to $24/hr.
