Responsibilities Specific to Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator: Possess and live Europa Village core values.Ability to drive work vehicles such as golf-carts and company truck - forklift experience a plus.Moves materials to designated areas.Maintains clean work area.Ability to build pallets according to work orders.Stacks pallets of wine and other materials in a safe manner.Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.Shrink wraps cases of wine and other items to secure them for transport.
Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.Assists with monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.Other duties as assigned. Expectations of Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator: Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.Be able to communicate Europa Village's story.Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and with appropriate pants and shoes.Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
