Job duties include but are not limited to: Test driving vehicles to ensure repairs are properly completed. Updating maintenance and repair logs. Assisting with inventory and maintenance of replacement parts and equipment. Inspecting tools and equipment to ensure that they are in working order. Cleaning the shop and returning tools to their proper locations. Performing other duties as assigned. Conducting safety checks on vehicles. Performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Assisting senior technicians in the completion of project work. Maintaining a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards. Performing minor repairs and assigning preventive maintenance services. Completing required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times. Assisting with service calls for breakdowns. Assisting in the repair and adjustment of equipment. Performing other maintenance related work as required. Requirements: Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach, and move as needed. Ability to pass an initial and periodic screenings. Must be at least 18 years of age. 1+ years of experience in heavy equipment or auto repair is desirable. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to use hand tools. Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour DOE.
