Shop Foreman

As a Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a reputation for excellence and quality. You will oversee daily operations in the shop, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met efficiently. You will lead a team of skilled workers, manage workflow, and ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times.  Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in manufacturing processes. Monitor and improve the efficiency of production operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. Ensure equipment is maintained and operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action Requirements: Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and mechanical systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent
