Vacancy description To be successful, you will use your curiosity, passion, digital techniques, and communication savviness to promote products/brands and build Consumer Dairy's reputation as a world-class, global leader providing a diverse and exciting range of internationally acclaimed cheese brands. 
Develop a shopper marketing strategy across core retailers for our focus brands and hero SKUS. Facilitate a seamless execution of in-store programs and digital activation plans at various retailers. Collaborate and align with stakeholders, including sales and finance, to support execution of programs, budget management.   Design and execute end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate online and offline touchpoints and ensure consistent messaging and unified approach across all touchpoints. Support sales team in planning meetings and understand customer-specific strategies, shopper marketing tactics and develop actionable plans to drive in-store visibility, distribution, conversion and brand experience. Develop and manage in-store sampling programs in line with brand and customer/channel plans working in conjunction with Channel and Customer Development Manager. Align with stakeholders on objectives, KPIs, measure ROI, and benchmarks to drive shopper marketing program performance. Work with sales and brand managers to identify at-risk or over-performing SKUS and plan activations to maintain and grow shelf space by retailer. Support team on new product launches with in-store sampling, activations, and customer-specific programs. Evaluate and adjust the plans as needed to create a seamless digital and in-store experience with retailers and customers.  Actively and effectively manage external agencies and suppliers Assess the effectiveness on in-store activation programs against key KPIs and share best practices and learnings with commercial and finance teams. Leverage data to drive decision-making; Circana, customer shopper data, media marketing spend analysis, etc. Provide clear and consistent communication between internal and external parties in the planning, implementation, and post analysis phase of brand activations.
