**GRAND RAPIDS LOCATION** As a Showroom Coordinator for our client, your role is to maintain the showroom standards and represent our company with a lasting and personable first impression of the customer care that our client provides. In addition, you will provide design support as assigned for projects. Completion of opening and closing procedures requires this position to be a full-time in office position.
Duties & Responsibilities Showroom Coordinator DutiesOpen and close showroomGreet and assist customersMaintain the design and product selection of show floor Keep pricing up to date with price changesAnswer any incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel or assist as neededWorking and communicating with furniture vendors/repsInventory management for GR showroomShowroom upkeep by putting away samples and products, along with light cleaning tasks Collaborate with the sales team as well as cross-functionally with other departments such as production, purchasing and install coordinator $18/hr Job Requirements
  Education/Training/Experience Experience in retail/sales is preferredBackground in the Commercial Office industry preferredComputer proficiency, including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications/Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demandsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsTrustworthy, self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated to high-quality workAbility to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervisionFlexibility and willingness to adapt  Background consideredDrug screen required
