Position Summary: Kravet Inc. is actively looking for a driven, highly motivated, creative, and sales-focused professional with a deep understanding of business and financial analysis to manage our dynamic sales team and oversee the day-to-day functions of our Kravet Houston Showroom. This full-time role reports directly to the Regional Vice President and requires robust sales acumen, customer service experience, excellent communication, organization, tech proficiency, design insight, and leadership abilities.
A positive outlook, professional conduct, and a passion for design catering to the interior design community are required. Responsibilities include driving sales across all product categories, managing customer relationships, developing business strategies, customer outreach, talent acquisition and retention, and leading a dynamic sales team through effective coaching and motivation.

Job Responsibilities:Strategic partnering with outside sales teams to maximize sales potential.
Leading the sales team, motivating them to meet targets, and following up on leads.
Identifying opportunities with high-potential designers and new accounts and converting them to business.
Creating and managing sales goals with a solid understanding of forecasting and sales performance analysis.
Implementing new strategies based on customer behavior analysis.
Cultivating a showroom culture that rewards teamwork and positive results.
Assuming a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Developing leadership skills such as delegation, communication, and problem-solving.
Providing direction to the team while encouraging collaboration and independent thinking, aligning people with organizational strategy, and influencing the showroom's success.
Supporting the monthly rollout of new merchandise and maintaining backroom operational standards.
Ensuring that the product presentation is attractive.
Assisting with showroom marketing and promotions.
Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of results. (Assistant Manager experience will be considered.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design industry (Interior design, Designer Assistant, Showroom Sales, Assistant Manager, or Manager experience)
A college degree, preferably in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Established client relationships/following within the Houston Metro Interior Design Community.
Strong leadership qualities, including building, motivating, and retaining a high-performing, results-driven team, developing sales opportunities, and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and computer skills; use of CRM and Google Sheets for sales analysis a plus.
Passionate about growing a successful business and being part of a dynamic team.
Proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing.
Professional, outgoing, organized, energetic, self-motivated, and upbeat personality.
Good color and design sensibility.
Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 base plus Monthly Incentive Bonus based on showroom sales.
