Siegfried Rivera, PA has an immediate opening for an experienced Legal Assistant for the community association law practice. This is a full-time onsite role in Coral Gables. A minimum of 5+ years experience in community association law is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, perform well under strict deadlines, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and ensure precise and timely task completion.
Job Duties: Provide administrative support to attorneysDraft letters, meeting packages, amendments, and agreementInteracts with potential and existing clients as requiredProcess attorney expense reportsRegister attorney CLE credits with Florida BarMonitor calendars: Ensuring all items are current and up to dateDraft pleadings, monitor and obtain discovery responses, and organize materials for team review to support case preparationAbility to maintain files organized document management system (PerfectLaw DMS) Skills/Qualification 5 + years of experience as a litigation legal assistantExperience in condo association law is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailOutstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgmentMust have strong computer skills to learn new software, if neededKnowledge of PerfectLaw DMS is a plus
