ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations at the site, including coordinating schedules and activities for youth participants.Develop and implement programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and staff members.Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet performance goals and outcomes.Qualifications2+ years of experience in a related field.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in GSuite and other relevant software.Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
