Site Director

The Site Director is responsible for, but not limited to, the performance of all departments in a distribution and fulfillment center.
This person will also oversee continuous and quality improvement initiatives, retention and morale, client satisfaction, and KPI delivery.
Ensuring processes, equipment, documentation, and personnel are in place to meet the business objectives of the company.
QualificationsBA in business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.At least 15 years of logistics experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain management; five years of senior leadership experience is required.Demonstrated understanding of how all areas of operations interact and contribute to the overall business.Experience implementing processes and procedures.Strong understanding of revenue, forecasting, P&L's, etc.Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.Continuous improvement experience is a must with expertise in Kaizen leadership and lean principles; Six Sigma or formal Lean training is required.Strong familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP and DLP controls.Strong data analysis and presentation skills, including Microsoft Office programs.Ability to interact and build relationships at all levels internally and externally and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
