Site Infrastructure Program Manager - Identity & PrivacyWe build server and client infrastructure that powers our client's video sharing website.
You'll work with a top-notch group of Eng TL/M's, SRE, T/PgMs, and Directors in Site Infrastructure (and broader Eng) to scale Infrastructure to the next billion hours of video consumption applying the program management discipline to sustain critical internal processes and support our client teams.
Overall Responsibilities: Join a collaborative team working to manage critical programs and processes that support our engineering organization.
This role will specifically oversee our user-facing and infrastructure efforts in the Identity & Privacy space.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across our Product, UX, and Engineering organizations to align on requirements and drive programs through the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with other stakeholders within our infrastructure team as well as with other feature teams that rely on specific Identity-related infrastructure that our team maintains.
You'll be on point to drive specific program landings to closure and to support overall engineering velocity in the process.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Serve as a program lead for Identity team OKR planning, alignment, and delivery tracking across Product, UX, and Eng functions.
This involves managing and communicating quarterly planning timelines, working with stakeholders to collect key information, and aggregating this information into resources to lead alignment conversations on the team commitments.Land specific user-facing and infrastructure features as a program lead.
This requires overseeing the work through the entire software development lifecycle from product requirement alignment to feature rollout and landing.Develop and deliver internal queries and dashboards to represent key success metrics for Identity-related features and programs.Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years experience in engineering program management or related discipline.Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SQL scripting, Google App Script.Experience in Program Management for frontend and infrastructure software development.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.Firm sense of accountability in an environment that requires the ability to navigate ambiguity.Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, building relationships with SREs, SWEs, Product, Legal, UX, and other key stakeholders.Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Experience working in a globally distributed organization.Experience and/or interest in working with privacy policies and compliance requirements.Experience working with the complexities of user identity models in the tech and/or social media space.Interested in building/honing an understanding of Apps scripts for project tracking and general program management automation techniques.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64 to $72 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
