The Projects are valued circa £500K-£2.5M and tend to be fit out projects.
You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily.
Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
About the roleA Site Manager will be required late November by an interior fit out contractor who specialise in office and Laboratory fit outs.
As the Site Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' experience to have the skills to simultaneously manage multiple elements to the site.
Your experience will be required to effectively control the subcontractors whilst leading the site-based interaction with the team.
