MAU is hiring a Site Manager in Greenwood, SC.
As a
Site Manager , you will direct the activities of MAU personnel assigned to the customer site location and ensure that customer key performance indicators are achieved. Further to supervise all contingent MAU associate HR functions with a focus on facility onboarding, payroll, performance counseling and attendance tracking to achieve a positive associate experience and meet customer expectations for contingent staffing.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree;
OR
3 - 5+ years of management in a manufacturing environment
1 - 3+ years of SAP Transactional Experience

Essential Functions
Serve as primary point of contact with the customer's senior management team
Ensure that MAU follow site specific cGMP policies
Ensure that consistent communications are maintained between MAU and customer staff
Ensure that department specific metrics are meeting target
Support and maintain an engaged safety culture
Support and foster a safety culture that is engaged and focused on achieving "Zero Incidents"
OSHA 300 log tracking and reporting
Oversee administration of OSHA Required Safety programs
Oversee and help develop training material, standard work, and other documents to standardize processes and keep employees safe
Implement Health and Safety Action Plan
Facilitate Safety Action Improvement Process
Live safety by identifying hazards, correcting harmful conditions, and improving MAU's safety culture, particularly in your division and team
Perform Production Post Validation, Powered Industrial Equipment Training Validation, document the training and update the Training Matrix
Provide coaching to all Associates
Perform other tasks as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility
This position can supervise the following positions:
Warehouse Supervisor
Operations Supervisor
DFS Operations Supervisor
30 - 40 associates
Work Environment or Working Conditions
Responsibilities will typically be performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting that may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles
Environments may vary from non-air conditioned to non-climate-controlled areas
