JOB TITLE: Site Manager JOB LOCATION: Littleton, MA WAGE RANGE: $75,000-85,000 JOB NUMBER: 24-01840 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years JOB DESCRIPTION Site Manager - Primary Functions This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing and site operations ensuring the safe, timely and high-quality execution of manufacturing tasks.
Primary ActivitiesMaintain a culture of safety Oversee daily operations, including but not limited toStaffing and running manufacturing processes to satisfy sales forecast/demand Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Support maintenance of manufacturing and related laboratory equipment Maintaining documentation of manufacturing processes / PM program Oversee supply chain, including but not limited toMaintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring adequate supplies to maintain operations Sourcing new/secondary suppliers as needed Proper inventory management practices Oversee quality programWork with engineering and product teams to develop and support Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations Ensure site utilities and services are reliable Maintain relationship with building manager Skills Project management Ability to schedule efficient staff work assignments Technical competencies in manufacturing (e.g.
read technical drawings, electrical specifications, basic gas/liquid handling systems, efficient use/knowledge of hand tools) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry/office software Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage light maintenance tasks Qualities Self-directed Problem solving Effective communicator, both verbally and written Manages information and communications discreetly Education Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering Three to five years' experience in project-based work site, manufacturing management or related field Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
