Site Reliability Engineer

As a team of veteran technologists from Twitter, Tesla, Periscope, and more, we are developing a next-generation news platform to redefine your daily intake of news. We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role involves proactively monitoring and maintaining Particle's systems, automating tasks, responding to incidents, and collaborating with the Particle team. Additionally, the SRE will design, own, and implement architectural, infrastructure, and other improvements.
Required key experience: Very senior (5+ years) level of experience in SRE or DevOpsExpertise in GoGCPObservability software such as Prometheus, Grafana, or JaegerExperience nice-to-haves: GraphQLRedisA vector database such as QdrantKey requirements: Self-starter, capable of completing projects with minimal directionWillingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterationStrong communication and collaboration skillsParticle is funded and offering a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
