This support role is critical to project success by assisting the team with deliverables, day to day task, and documentation.
Responsibilities Be familiar with project scope of work and pricing.Coordinate communication with PM and project personnel.Develop Cx plans review by PM.Develop project schedules for review by PM.Review timelines for project deliverables with PM and project team membersPopulate and organize the project folder with all project documentation from the client / EOR / GC.Communicate with project team on various requirements and travel arrangements.Participate in project meetings and create meeting minutes.Participate in all punch list meetings.Assist testing engineers punch list management.Review reporting requirements and prepare templates for project team.Monitor project budget and profitability.Develop project plans in Smartsheet for PM review.Review project status and create invoices in Ajera (accounting software). Requirements Work experience: Project management or similar role, 0-5 years. Construction experience idealGeneral understanding of mechanical and electrical building systemsEducation: 4-year college degree Military experience a plusComputer Skills: Microsoft Office programs required. Math Skills: Must be able to calculate figures and amounts (percentages and proportions)Communication: Understands instructions and can convey information to others in a simple and unambiguous wayOrganized, proactive, responsive, and preciseAbility to work from home effectively and travel to project sites 25-50% of the time.
