Job Description - Skilled Nursing Care Administrator (******** ) Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Winchester Description Southern Tennessee Regional Health System has an opportunity for an Administrator for the Skilled Care Nursing Units in Winchester and Sewanee, Tennessee.
The Winchester campus is situated at the foot of Sewanee Mountain, in southern Middle Tennessee. The city of Winchester offers the best in small-town living while providing quick access to major cities such as Chattanooga, Nashville, and Huntsville. Qualifications Bachelor's required, Master's preferred. Prefer degree to be in the area of health care administration or healthcare concentration.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS), within 30 days of hire.
Licenses:
Must have a current and active Nursing Home Administrators license for the State of Tennessee.

Develops and implements Skilled Care goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
