Oakwood Village has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to join our Oakwood Village senior living community facility team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The LPN position is responsible for contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care on a defined unit in the skilled nursing.The LPN collaborates with nurses from all shifts, interdisciplinary staff, and physicians on issues related to the management of resident care.
