The supervisor will provide mentoring and foster an inclusive environment based on respect and mutual appreciation, all while ensuring that the team is providing excellent patient care.The supervisor will provide direction and guidance, communicate effectively, and work cooperatively in managing the day-to-day operations of the services. Duties including staff scheduling (daily, on-call and holiday), providing coaching and performance feedback, managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and other supervisory duties as directed. You will still get to utilize your technical training as well.
