Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to lead the medical operations of their clinic. The Medical Director ensures patients receive a high standard of care and that clinic team members work collaboratively in a positive workplace environment.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Guarantee the highest standard of veterinary care by all team members, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and patient-centred treatment.
Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians through direct coaching, constructive feedback, and regular case reviews.
Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to ensure an excellent client experience, including addressing and resolving client complaints when necessary.
