Salary 29,120 - 58,240 USD per year Requirements: - - High-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers
- Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting shoppers in a high-traffic environment
- Eagerness to excel in an uncapped commission sales role, in addition to a competitive hourly base rate
- Ability to stand/move around for 8+ hour shifts
- Flexibility to work during peak times including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Willingness to learn about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training
Responsibilities: - - Meeting or exceeding sales goals by executing new phone activations, upgrades, and accessory bundling
- Proactively starting conversations with shoppers to develop rapport
- Explaining wireless solutions to customers in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Recommending personalized solutions to customers, qualifying the purchase(s)
- Teaching customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation
- Keeping wireless displays fully stocked and flawless
