Position Overview:??
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smartsheet Analyst to partner with our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience building custom solutions in Smartsheet, hold both Smartsheet Product Certification and Professional Services Certification and have a strong analytical mindset. Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that enhance business processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:??
Develop and implement Smartsheet-based solutions to support various business functions. Collaborate with client teams to analyze workflow requirements and create custom Smartsheet configurations, dashboards, and reports. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Smartsheet applications. Train and mentor team members on Smartsheet functionality, best practices, and efficiency techniques. Optimize Smartsheet solutions for better performance, user experience, and alignment with business objectives. Continuously assess Smartsheet tools for potential improvements, implementing updates as necessary. Ensure Smartsheet solutions adhere to organizational compliance standards, especially for regulated industries. Required Qualifications:??
Smartsheet Product Certification (required). Smartsheet Professional Services Certification (required). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing and building Smartsheet solutions. Strong understanding of Smartsheet functions, including formulas, automated workflows, data connections, and integrations. Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Bridge, Resource Management and other advanced Smartsheet features. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications:??
