Collaborating with other stakeholders to create the high-level designs and the detailed functional design artifacts that will be used to develop TriZetto products and solutions. Serving as a subject matter expert in all areas of the software development life cycle (i.e., software engineering, quality assurance, and technical communications), assists customer support, sales and consulting/implementation services. Job Title: Snowflake Architect Role: Snowflake/Data warehouse Architect Essential Functions: Analyze Business requirements, create and improve technical designs, data models with ORACLE Database, Snowflake Warehouse on AWS platform. Design and develop physical and logical data models, dimensional data models, OLAP cubes, ETL layer design to meet business needs Develop and document overall data sourcing, data transformation Collaborate with Business Analysts, DBAs, Technical Leads to define and implement actionable metrics, KPIs and data visualizations Experience in Performance optimization of OLTP/OLAP Databases preferably with ORACLE, ETL processes Experience in data security and data access controls and design in Snowflake. Expertise in AWS Platform as a Service (PAAS) model and its integration with Snowflake to load/unload data. Act as Data domain expert for Snowflake in a collaborative environment to provide demonstrated understanding of data management best practices and patterns. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. Required Experience: Minimum of 6 years' related experience in data warehouse design and development. Desired Experience: · Experience in facilitation, negotiation, and influencing preferred. · LifeSciences, Healthcare industry experience preferred. Behavioral Competencies: · Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management. · Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
