Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility ofthein-house agencyis to provide their partners with innovative anddynamicassetsthat adhere to brand guidelines,theclient's central messaging and ADA compliance.
TheSocial Media Designeris specifically responsible for:
Partnering with a Copywriter, Design Lead and Creative Director to produce engaging and impactful social campaigns across platforms
Building fresh and innovative visuals thatarein linewith Citi brand guidelines
Develop and deliver social media content from start to finishincludingcreative concepting, designing,shootingand editing
Acting as a subject matter expert in social platforms,leveragingrequired specs and best practices for each social channel
Participating in project kickoff meetings, internalreviewsand client presentation calls topromote ourhigh-qualityassets
Identifyingand implementing the most effectivemethods of visually communicating a message (static, motion graphics, video, etc.)
DemonstratingCiti'spurpose of making every client's progress our passion
Qualifications:
5+ years ofdesignexperiencewith a focus on social media marketing
Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud
A proven history of design fundamentals (including typography, color theory, brand adherence, and critical thinking with regards to creative application)
Experience withADA compliance as it pertains tomarketing collateralis a plus
Strong presentation skills and the ability toclearly and effectively discuss projects
Successful experience partnering with internal clients andsenior leaders
Excellent organizational skills andtheability to keep track of multiplekey priorities
Ability to adhere to a process calendar
Ability to successfully collaborate with local and remote team members
A BA or higher inmarketingor a related field
Mac literacy
Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$87,360.00 - $131,040.00
