Social Media Manager

Position Summary: As the hands-on KCN Social Media Manager, you will be a driving force working with our Marketing and Operations teams to shape and execute our overall social media and content strategy and programs. This role requires an experienced professional who is not only strategic but also actively involved in the day-to-day creation of compelling content for the business as well as execution of social media and cross-platform marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing social media initiatives and content about KCN's campgrounds to drive guest visits and revenue.
This role reports to the KCN Marketing Manager and includes the responsibility of managing the social media metrics for our company and each individual campground, ensuring budget allocations are based on successful ROI measured by analytics tools. You will work with the Marketing Manager to lay out a comprehensive dashboard for a weekly review of social media status and ROI.
