Found Rental Co's Social Media & Marketing Coordinator has experience in all things social media and marketing. They are a forward-thinking individual who plans and executes in a creative manner. This person realizes the importance of online presence, is passionate about representing the brand and gaining new business through targeted posts and constant interaction. They have a deep understanding of social media, the algorithms of social media, and how to communicate to audiences across various platforms. This person has excellent judgment, and is always able to identify opportunities while maximizing Found's exposure. Attention to detail and organization are second nature to them and they can juggle multiple projects at one time all while maintaining expectations and Found's standards. While Social Media is their first love, they are keen on all areas of Marketing and the various platforms and areas in which marketing is needed within a company. This person is a self-motivator and is not someone who is looking for us to outline content needs.
In addition to the responsibilities of social media and marketing, this person is a team player. They assist with daily tasks outside of the position and are the go-to person for The Found Shop.
Responsibilities:SOCIAL MEDIA:includes the entire company, Found Rentals and The Found Shop Maintain the brand, with written copy and aesthetic across all social channelsCreatively coordinate planning, implementation and updating the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and other platforms as they arise)Implement social and creative calendar according to brand objectivesResponsible for scheduling content daily for key channels according to brand and business goalsResponsible for responding to messages on social channelsCreate engaging social media content and manage accountsCreate and edit video content:included but not limited to: behind the scenes footage both in office/warehouse and onsite at jobs. This means some light travel may be requiredDaily Instagram stories and feedScheduling posts and finding/creating content across platformsResearch new social media outlets, trends in media and determining where Found should have a presenceSupports sales team by providing sales data, market trends, account analysis, and new product informationMARKETING: includes the entire company, Found Rentals and The Found Shop Create and manage marketing campaigns, product launches and day-to-day content. Includes but is not limited to:Newsletters, Google AdWords, Facebook campaigns, etc.Found Rental Co blogShoot look books, in-house shoots, marketing material consistently:Actively involved in shootsLight edits to all photosFurther edits for final as directedDesign and create marketing materials including but not limited to: look books, newsletters, one sheets for sales team, etc.Along with Sales Manager, manage Trade AgreementsManage all post-event publications both internal and externalMISC + The Found Shop:This role is also responsible for helping the team with various tasks not related to social media and/or marketing. These tasks are to be provided by CEO, any Manager or the Executive Assistant.Manage all things The Found Shop. This includes but is not limited to:Communication with clientsOnline and in-person orders, including shipmentsTake appointments for in-person shoppingAll marketing and social mediaSkills:Past experience not required, but a passion for the events industry and its best practices is a bonusResourcefulness. Able to take ownership of the projectProfessional and ethical interaction while representing Found's beliefsBasic understanding of different marketing strategies and skills, specifically targeting the events industryAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Strong communication skills with the ability to write social copy and open contracts with influencersDeep understanding of social media platforms and how to effectively build up a social pageCreative ways to adopt social media trends to the brand's point of viewExperience and familiarity with social scheduling and analytic platforms + ability to report data to the teamExperience and familiarity with social editing programsAbility to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously, extremely detail-orientedExtensive product knowledgeTeam working skills and a collaborative approach to workSelf-motivatedThe ability to multitask and prioritize workloadOrganizational skillsStructure:Full-timeSalary, exempt full-time employeeMost responsibilities will occur Monday-Friday between normal business hours.
