Social Media & Marketing Coordinator | Residential Real Estate Position Overview: The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies and managing our social media presence.
This role combines creativity with analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engage with clients, and support our real estate agents.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to practice real estate, providing a unique blend of marketing and industry expertise.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and company events.
Collaborate with real estate agents to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
Manage and optimize online advertising efforts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Content Creation & Management: Write and edit content for the company website, blog, and other digital platforms.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials.
Coordinate with photographers and graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals.
Real Estate Practice: Maintain an active real estate license and engage in real estate transactions as needed.
Leverage real estate knowledge to enhance marketing strategies and provide valuable insights.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Active real estate license in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin, or the willingness to obtain one.
Strong understanding of real estate industry trends and practices.
Proficiency in social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
