VVater is a US-based, next-generation water treatment company that aims to provide Water for Humankind with a cornerstone of sustainability and a promise of a better, healthier tomorrow—servicing various industries and markets around the world from Real Estate, Wastewater Treatment, Municipal Potable Water, and multiple others, in particular, focusing on the recovering and recycling of different waters in a centralized or decentralized way. The company also does artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, surf parks, aquatics, sewage treatment, wastewater, and drinking water.
Responsibilities: Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meltwater, SEMRush, RiseKarma, etc to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.Fully developing a social media strategy, system, calendar, themes, campaigns, etc.Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management toolsProficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTMLExcellent social listening skillsAbility to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaceStrong copywriting and copy editing skillsImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesDrive innovative and ambitious media programs that deliver significant success and competitive advantage in terms of brand loyalty through highly engaging contentPartners with management, business units, and sales to understand outbound marketing and communication needs and objectives and proposes solutions that are appropriate for message and audienceEvolve and maintain rapid response processes and protocols across VVaters communications teams globally.Monitor evolving issues and breaking news across the media landscape, providing proactive recommendations on communications approach for the business.Supports team with writing, reviewing, and editing a variety of internal communications materials including blogs, digital signage, emails, conference collateral, and special eventsCreate compelling messaging and story angles to insert VVater into the current news cycle and social conversationsOther responsibilities as designated or communicated. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or comparable experience with another degree4 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.Advanced CRM system skills - Hubspot preferredExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plusWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS.Proven relationships across North American social media and influencersTranslate complex technical and business issues into simplified messaging for press and external audiencesDeep knowledge of external issues and reputation management communications, response strategies and business continuity processes.Excellent communication skills – both written and oralExpert-level social media skillsA working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systemsVoracious reader with a keen awareness of latest consumer/pop culture trends, along with industry and competitor day-to-day monitoringCreative thinker and willingness to communicate ideasStrong judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to produce accurate and high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and project management skillsSome travel is required for event production if needed. **As a part of our process to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of all applicants, assessment tests are required as part of our recruitment process.
