This position will be based on-site at our Boise, Idaho location. Your Responsibilities Payment Processing Support: Trust & Safety Trust & Safety role in ensuring safety and security of social media and online store payment processing. Review cases and appeals vs. policy for processingInvestigate, analyze & react to fraud potential, payment interruptions and disputesDocument findings and actions with organization and clarityApply training and SOP's in decision-makingWork with various departments to resolve escalationsIdentify and resolve gaps in transaction processingComplete cases within expectations for time and accuracyContinuously seek to improve systems and performanceWe're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
