Are you passionate about Web3 and skilled at managing social media platforms? We're seeking a Social Media Specialist to enhance the Stellar Development Foundation's online presence.
In this role, you'll manage our social media accounts, focusing on consistent and timely posting across platforms. Working closely with our Communication, Digital, and Creative teams, you'll help translate complex blockchain concepts into accessible content that engages both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers. We're looking for an organized individual who can maintain our brand voice while adapting quickly to the fast-paced blockchain industry. In this role, you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and company goalsManage social media content calendar across all social channels, including LinkedIn and TwitterWork closely with the communication team to understand and prioritize campaigns, product updates, and other key initiatives for social media promotionCo-create engaging content across our channelsMonitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and reachStay up-to-date with Web3 and blockchain industry trends, incorporating them into our social media narrativeEngage with our community on Twitter and DiscordCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channelsIdentify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership and industry engagementYou have: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the blockchain sectorProven track record of growing and engaging social media communities, especially on LinkedIn and TwitterStrong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystemAbility to build and nurture relationships within the Web3 community and with key stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into engaging social media contentExperience with social media management tools and analytics platformsStrong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglyExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentFamiliarity with design tools for creating visual contentKnowledge of additional social media platforms relevant to the Web3 spaceWe offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $90,000 - $120,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
