Job Description
Software Architect
(This position is contingent upon the successful award of the proposal)
The Software Architect must demonstrate expert technical knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in all phases of full life cycle applications and systems development, engineering, programming, and analysis. The Software Architect acts as the highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms and performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects and recommending architectural changes for improving the technical environment.
Qualifications
The software architect shall have at a minimum:
Fifteen (15) years of experience in the design, writing, and testing of computer programs or database development.
At least seven (7) years' experience in software systems architecture.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
Demonstrated skills in the described position.
