The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our Kuiper Mobile App team. As a member of our team, you will work on developing our Native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications. You will lead discussions with dependencies across Kuiper and collaborate cross-functionally with UX Designers and Product Managers to ensure we're building the best product for our customers.

Our team owns both the Native iOS and Android Stacks, giving our engineers the opportunity to develop and grow expertise in both. You'll work with other members of the team to iterate on the best way to deliver features and work closely with Product and UX to refine the product for our customers. Being a new to world app, you'll get to work with the latest technologies from Android and Apple and have significant influence over the direction of our software.
About the teamOur team owns the Kuiper Residential Mobile App for iOS and Android. The app will guide customers through first time device setup, help them to manage their service plan, and guide them through setting up, monitoring, and managing their home network. Our team believes in people over process, leveraging systems and mechanisms where they serve us, and trimming them out where they don't. We are a highly collaborative team and empower each member of the team to voice their opinion and have an impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
