Responsibilities: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers and key stakeholders to build software release plans that deliver meaningful value to Customers. Provide technical engineering guidance and mentorship to the team. Enhance engineering efficiency by closely observing the team, identifying opportunities, and influencing improvement. Up-skill developers to meet organizational needs as well as individual career goals. Coordinate with others within the group and across Autodesk on engineering best practices and dependencies and advocate within the team. Work with a globally distributed team and with team members that are in a hybrid/remote work setting. Educate team members on how their work aligns with organizational goals and the importance to the customer. Recruit and nurture talents into high-performing teams. Inspire the team to find the right approach when faced with uncertainties and support teams in navigating changes. Represent team's interest and well-being; Be the spokesperson for the team and champion its accomplishments and causes with upper management and adjacent teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to the team in setting goals and develop in their career path. Manage administrative tasks like technical documentation, performance reviews and reports. Establish a clear vision for the team through Agile methodology and weave out sprint goals. Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure smooth software delivery process and learn new technologies and methodologies to support the same. Breakdown complex technical requirements into logical execution slices. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an information technology-related occupation. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Skill Requirements: Position requires at least 8 years of experience in each of the following skills:

Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology to design, develop, and maintain various flows of an ecommerce application; Utilize knowledge of AWS cloud services and their operations, such as S3, SQS, Cognito, Kinesis, IAM, EC2, Lambda, dynamoDB, to research, analyze and incorporate technical recommendations for digital transformation; Utilize knowledge of Oracle database and queries that serve ecommerce applications to incorporate performance optimization options; Utilize knowledge of tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Tealeaf to build and maintain a suite of monitors, alerts, and dashboards used to troubleshoot application issues; Utilize knowledge of CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins, to deploy application code to test and production environments; Utilize knowledge of JAVA, Spring boot, and NodeJs to develop software and support microservices in digital transformation; Utilize knowledge of REST framework to build APIs that power ecommerce websites and mobile apps; Utilize knowledge of ATG platform and JMeter to design and develop ecommerce applications and develop test suites; Utilize knowledge of RabbitMQ and Kafka to design and implement message brokers for online order placements in web applications; Utilize knowledge of technical requirements gathering to estimate and develop road maps for deliverables. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $164,415 - $199,800/year. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
