About This Role As a Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the founders and the engineering team to build, manage, and scale a user experience that is relied upon by tens of thousands of users daily. Your responsibilities will include developing key feature sets for the product, managing the in-house design system, and optimizing frontend code for performance and responsiveness.
You should have strong UX and UI sensibilities, capable of making thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing decisions typically made by PMs and designers. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with proficiency in MobX, React, and Redux. You will be the go-to expert on frontend best practices and serve as a mentor and leader for the frontend team.
