What You'll Do We are seeking a highly motivated and bright engineer to join our team and devise elegant solutions to challenging problems. This role will focus on designing and implementing systems to support our ML development. As a part of the perception team, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems across the software stack. We require engineers to be versatile and possess the ability to move across projects and tackle new challenges.
Responsibilities Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and distributed systems for MLOpsBuild out internal training framework to make research with large distributed models easy and funDesign and develop systems to support our ML development, with a focus on computer vision applicationsBuild distributed systems and pipelines for data management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performanceDemonstrate a deep understanding of DevOps practices and apply them to ML operationsUtilize technologies such as Kubernetes and various CI/CD systems to optimize infrastructure deployment and managementContribute to the overall impact of our AI-powered workplace safety solutions by delivering robust and efficient ML infrastructure Qualifications, Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related fieldSoftware development experience with proficiency in PythonAbility to solve complex and open-ended problems Nice-to-Haves PhD/Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on infrastructure designExperience designing large, highly available distributed systems with KubernetesBackground in computer vision or machine learningExperience shipping production software for MLOps / DevOps or other internal tools Why Join Us?
